The revised statutes n chapter 125B of the state of Nevada on child support protect the rights of the child to be supported by all parents regardless of whether they are together or not. With such said, it helps to settle disputes on who should provide financial support and by how much. The noncustodial parent is obligated to provide financial support to the custodial parent in the form of child support. This is according to the guidelines as set out in the revised statutes.
