You have to file a request to make a case against the noncustodial parent so that that request can be enforced legally to make the parent to continue pying for child support. Penalties on the nonpayment can take effect depending on the reason for default in payment. The steps include:

Step 1: Access and download the application form.

Step 2: Read the opening details of the form to understand what it entails and what you are required to do.

Step 3: From page 11, fill it with the required information up to section 9 and sign it at the bottom once done.
